Just one more question: it would be nice to be able to just run one of the offices uninstall instead of going throw all the steps in the task sequence; let’s say for instance that if 2010 version is found and uninstalled successfully, then there’s no reason to do the check of 2013 and 2016 and it could jump to the 365 installation. Is this possible? I don’t think the scenario you suggest would work; at least, it would not be as reliable. Each Offscrub script performs a search-and-destroy mission for its particular version of Office, and any of them might find a partial, full, or corrupted installation. The only way to be sure that the machine is clean of all Office installations is to run all of them.

Reason is that I converted to LibO because I like it better and tackle the problem of MSO compatibility on a case by case basis. Should you use Writer often, I am pretty sure you will like it soon better than Word.

If you are new Office 365 subscriber you may be looking forward to installing it on your Windows PC. Or if you are already using Office 365 or Office 2016, but facing some problems, you may want.

So I will use powershell check first if Office 2013 installed, if yes, then run OffScrub_O15msi.vbs, after it is uninstalled, then continue install Office 365. I will also popup a messages to users if there are office application opend, let users save their documents and close them.
