Now, when I go to the MS website (which is, by the way, awful, so many broken links) I am told that if you have no optical drive, like me, to either download and activate the trial (as I did in the past) or enter your product key and they will provide you with the relevant download link. So I enter my key and get told I am not eligible for download. Fine - not sure why, but ok. So, as they said, I'll download the trial. Problem is, I can't for the life of me find the trial download? After updating, the problem I have now with the new version 14.5.1 is that when opening a larger document in Word, and using track changes, the document at one point after ~ 20 minutes cannot be saved – Word says the disk is full, even though I have more than half a TB free still, thus forcing me to quit Word and lose all recent changes. This is my first time on here, so will try to be brief and specific. I have been using Outlook without issues. I had a logic board failure and had to replace my logic board on my Macbook pro.
