Ah man I have an unhealthy obsession with these. The only other cream shadows I've tried are the colour tattoos, which in my experience, the matte ones seem to be a lot stiffer than the MAC matte shadows. My absolute favourites in mac are indianwood and rubenesque, which are beautiful shimmer bases or standalone washes. The TFSI is not quite as bad as the UDPP, but both products are a no go for me personally. The program has never crashed and I have had hundreds of levels, changes and fixes. Your manual is very minimal but at least you have one. I've used it heavily the last two months and am very satisfied.
