I've had the same problem for awhile and this is how I was able to rectify the situation. At the current moment of frustration, in order to get out of the 'Save As' window when the Cancel button is not visible, just hit 'esc' To prevent future frustrations - After hitting 'esc,' Click 'View' then 'Enter Full Screen' - From here, select 'Save As' from the File drop down menu. The Save/Close option should now be within view.
